Nature of Service:
Peekaboo Babysitting is a mediator that connects families seeking babysitting services with individuals offering these services. Peekaboo Babysitting does not directly employ or supervise babysitters and is not responsible for the actions of the babysitter during the babysitting session.

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, and both parties agree on the service details, including the date, time, duration, and specific requests.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

Responsibilities of Parents/Guardians:

Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child, including allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, behavioral concerns, and emergency contact details.

Parents/guardians must ensure babysitters have access to necessary supplies (e.g., food, diapers, medications, safety equipment).

Liability and Safety:

Peekaboo Babysitting aims to facilitate a safe and secure environment but acknowledges that unforeseen incidents may occur.

Peekaboo Babysitting and its babysitters are not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Payment and Fees:

Payment for services is due upon booking or as agreed between both parties.

Additional fees may apply for late cancellations, extended hours, special requests, or services not included in the initial agreement.

Feedback and Complaints:

Peekaboo Babysitting values feedback to improve services. Clients are encouraged to share experiences or concerns post-session.

For complaints or disputes, contact Peekaboo Babysitting immediately for resolution.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Client information shared during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for providing services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Peekaboo Babysitting reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Clients should review periodically for updates.

طبيعة الخدمة:
بيكا بو هي شركة وساطة تربط بين العائلات التي تبحث عن خدمات جليسة الأطفال وبين الأفراد الراغبين في تقديم هذه الخدمة. بيكا بو لا توظف الجليسات بشكل مباشر ولا تشرف عليهن أثناء جلسات الجلوس على الأطفال، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية تصرفات الجليسة خلال الجلسة.

تأكيد الحجز:

يتم تأكيد الحجز بمجرد استلام الدفعة وتوافق الطرفين على تفاصيل الخدمة، بما في ذلك التاريخ والوقت والمدة والطلبات الخاصة.

سياسة الإلغاء:

يجب تقديم الإلغاءات قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل لتجنب فرض رسوم.

قد يؤدي الإلغاء المتأخر إلى فرض رسوم إلغاء، وسيتم إبلاغ العميل بذلك قبل تأكيد الحجز.

مسؤوليات الآباء/الأوصياء:

يجب على الآباء أو الأوصياء تقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة عن الطفل، بما في ذلك الحساسية أو الحالات الطبية أو القيود الغذائية أو المشاكل السلوكية أو معلومات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ.

يجب على الآباء أو الأوصياء توفير المستلزمات اللازمة للجليسة مثل الطعام، الحفاضات، الأدوية، ومعدات السلامة.

المسؤولية والسلامة:

تسعى بيكا بو لتسهيل بيئة آمنة، مع إدراك إمكانية حدوث حوادث غير متوقعة.

لا تتحمل بيكا بو أو الجليسات المسؤولية عن الحوادث أو الإصابات أو الأضرار أو الخسائر، إلا إذا كانت نتيجة إهمال جسيم أو سوء تصرف متعمد.

الدفع والرسوم:

يتم دفع رسوم الخدمة عند الحجز أو كما يتفق عليه الطرفان.

قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية على الإلغاءات المتأخرة أو الساعات الإضافية أو الطلبات الخاصة أو الخدمات غير المدرجة في الاتفاقية الأولية.

الملاحظات والشكاوى:

تقدّر بيكا بو الملاحظات لتحسين الخدمات. يُشجع العملاء على مشاركة تجاربهم أو مخاوفهم بعد الجلسة.

في حال وجود شكاوى أو نزاعات، يرجى التواصل مع بيكا بو على الفور لحلها.

الخصوصية والسرية:

يتم الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التي يقدمها العملاء أثناء عملية الحجز وتُستخدم فقط لتقديم الخدمات.

التغييرات في الشروط والأحكام:

تحتفظ بيكا بو بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق. يُنصح العملاء بمراجعتها دوريًا للاطلاع على التحديثات.
